PositivBuild is a female-owned contracting company redefining the standard of excellence in construction on projects big and small.

Founded by four close friends with a shared vision, we launched PositivBuild to bring something new to the industry: elevated craftsmanship paired with modern project management, clear communication, and a human-first approach. We noticed a gap in the market—clients were often met with outdated systems, inconsistent service, and a lack of transparency. So, we set out to do things differently.

Based in Southern California, we specialize in high-end residential and boutique commercial work. From full-scale remodels to small-scale repairs, patio covers, decks, and light demolition, we approach each project—no matter the size—with the same attention to detail and dedication to quality.
